OxTalks is Changing
Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Neoliberalism in Sweden: Domestic Forces and Global Influences
Jenny Andersson has been a scholar with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique and a researcher at Sciences Po in Paris, but is now Professor of the History and Science at Uppsala University, Sweden. She has worked on the intellectual history of contemporary social democracy, and the history of future research and concepts of the future in the post-war era. Her most recent book, The Future of the World, was devoted to the post-war field of ‘futurology’ and ‘futures studies’. She is currently leading an international project on ‘Neoliberalism in the Nordics’ and is working on a book on Swedish neoliberalism.
